A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the photoshoot is required to secure the booking and reserve a slot
This is fully refundable if 14 days notice is given to cancel or reschedule
7 days or less notice deposit is non refundable
Cancellations outside 14 days may not be refundable if non-recoverable costs have already been incurred, this will be made clear at the time of booking
If a deposit is not paid your slot may be offered to our open enquirers and could result in the loss of your booking
Final payment of your photoshoot must be made within 48hrs. No images or previews will be released until this has been settled

If we cancel
In the unlikely event of us having to cancel the provision of our photography service to you, it is our policy to do one of the following:
If we have to cancel for any reason then you will be fully refunded or the date can be re-arranged to suit both parties.
